- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- margarine - 1/2 c
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Topping:1 tsp. cinnamon1/4 c. sugar1/2 c. chopped nuts Cream margarine and sugar together. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Beat 2 eggs. Add sour cream and vanilla together. Pour half in round pan. Stir the topping ingredients together. Add half. Pour the rest of cake batter in and then pour rest of topping in.
