- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 2 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- baking powder
- baking soda - 1 tsp
How to make coffee cake:
Topping:1/2 c. sugar2 Tbsp. cinnamon Preheat oven to 350°. Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; set aside. Cream butter; add sugar and mix until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients alternately with the sour cream to mixture. Spread half of the batter in a 9-inch loaf pan and sprinkle with half of the topping. Spread remaining batter over top and sprinkle with remaining topping. Bake for 40 minutes to an hour.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Coffee cakes.
