- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla
- flour - 3 c
- oil - 1 c
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- orange juice - 1/4 c
- apples, pared and sliced - 5 item
How to make jewish apple cake:
Combine first 7 ingredients, mixing well. In separate bowl toss apples, sugar and cinnamon. Fold apple mixture into batter. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes until done. Cool 10 minutes, take out to cool completely.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Apple.
