Sugar cookies

Ingredients/Components

• margarine - 1 c
• sugar - 1 c
• eggs, beaten - 2 item
• milk - 1 Tbsp
• flour
• baking powder
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• vanilla - 1 tsp

How to make sugar cookies:

Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Mix well. Chill in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. Roll on floured board. Cut with cookie cutters. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 7 minutes.
