- brown sugar - 1 c
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 2 c
- Tabasco sauce - 1 tsp
- cracked pepper - 1 Tbsp
- A - 2 Tbsp
- Liquid Smoke - 2 Tbsp
- beef or deer - 2 lb
How to make jerky:
Marinate meat strips with all ingredients for 8 hours. Put meat on metal grate on rack. Put in oven at 150°, no more than 200°. Dry for 4 to 8 hours.Recipe categories: Beef, Deer, Moose.
