Ingredients/Components

  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • soy sauce - 2 c
  • Tabasco sauce - 1 tsp
  • cracked pepper - 1 Tbsp
  • A - 2 Tbsp
  • Liquid Smoke - 2 Tbsp
  • beef or deer - 2 lb

How to make jerky:

Marinate meat strips with all ingredients for 8 hours. Put meat on metal grate on rack. Put in oven at 150°, no more than 200°. Dry for 4 to 8 hours.
