  • eggs - 2 item
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • coconut - 1/2 c
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • pecans - 1/3 c
  • unbaked pie shell - 1 item
  • light raisins - 1/4 c
  • raisins dark - 1/2 c

How to make japanese fruit pie:

Melt margarine in saucepan. Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Remove from heat and fill unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325° for 35 to 45 minutes (until a crust appears on top).
