Bourbon balls

Ingredients/Components

• vanilla wafer crumbs - 2 c
• chopped pecans - 2 c
• cocoa - 4 Tbsp
• powdered sugar - 2 c
• light corn syrup - 3 Tbsp
• bourbon - 1/2 c

How to make bourbon balls:

Mix together vanilla wafer crumbs, pecans, sugar and cocoa. Blend in bourbon and corn syrup. Combine into mixture. Roll into ball and then powdered sugar. Keep in airtight container.
