  • flour - 3 c
  • shortening
  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • water - 1/2 c
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp

How to make pie dough:

Mix flour, shortening, sugar and salt together. Mix 1 egg, water and vinegar together and add to flour mixture; roll out. Recipe can be frozen for later use. It can also be refrigerated for a few days.
