Cranberry nut pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- cranberries - 2 c
- melted butter or shortening - 1/4 c
How to make cranberry nut pie:
Place cranberries in a 10-inch greased pie plate. Sprinkle with nuts and white sugar. Pour melted butter on top. In bowl, mix eggs, brown sugar, flour and melted butter. Pour into pie plate.
