- sliced almonds - 1/2 c
- salad oil - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- shredded cabbage - 4 c
- white vinegar - 1/3 c
- cooked chicken, cut in bite size pieces - 2 c
How to make japanese chicken salad:
In a frying pan, pour the salad oil, add the almonds and noodles; stir fry until browned. Drain on a paper towel. In a large bowl, combine the noodle mixture, chicken, cabbage and onions.
