Au gratin potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- Swiss cheese, grated - 1 c
- frozen hash browns - 1 32
- sharp cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- mozzarella cheese, grated - 1 c
- pint whipping cream - 1 item
How to make au gratin potatoes:
Butter 9 x 13 glass pan and place potatoes in bottom of pan. Drizzle butter on top. Mix cheeses and put on top of potatoes. Reserve some cheddar for the top. Pour whipping cream over top. Place remainder of cheddar cheese over top and sprinkle with a little paprika. Bake uncovered 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350° till bubbly and slightly brown.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Time to make, Oven.
