Beef vegetable soup
Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 1 item
- can tomato sauce - 1 item
- baby lima beans
- can of tomatoes chopped - 1 item
- 4-5 pieces of cubed steak
- frozen niblet corn - 1 pkg
- of cut okra or fresh - 1 pkg
- can of Lesueur English peas - 1 item
- to large onion chopped - 1 med
- 4-5 potatoes cut up
- Add ketchup for body - 1 item
How to make beef vegetable soup:
In stock pot, pour enough oil to cover bottom, then brown cubed steak. Add remaining ingredients, salt and pepper to taste. Cover with water. Simmer for 2-3 hours.
