Japanese chicken salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- oil - 1/3 c
- vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 1 item
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- green onions - 2 item
- slivered almonds - 2 Tbsp
- head cabbage - 1/2 item
- sesame seeds - 2 Tbsp
- small amount of oil - 1 item
- whole, boneless and skinless chicken breasts - 2 item
- Ramen noodles chicken flavored, broken up - 1 pkg
How to make japanese chicken salad:
Bake chicken breasts in soy sauce. Cool and dice. Dice 1/2 head cabbage and chop green onions. Mix all this together in a large bowl.In a skillet, using small amount of oil, brown sesame seeds, slivered almonds and Ramen noodles chicken flavored (broken up). Last, combine cider vinegar, sugar, black pepper and seasoning from the Ramen noodles. Add oil and shake well. Mix all together.
