Oriental slaw
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- oil - 1 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- green onions - 5 item
- slivered almonds - 1 pkg
- sunflower seeds - 1 pkg
- head cabbage - 1 item
- Ramen noodles - 2 pkg
- head nappa cabbage - 1 item
How to make oriental slaw:
Slice cabbage and onions thin and place in large bowl. Melt margarine in baking pan; add noodles, almonds and sunflower seeds. Bake at 350° about 15 minutes, breaking noodles apart as they bake. When toasted, place on layers of paper towels to cool. Mix remaining ingredients in blender for dressing.
