Jalapeno potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- potatoes - 8 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- roll garlic cheese - 1 item
- small bell peppers - 2 item
- roll jalapeno cheese - 1 item
- small jars chopped pimento - 2 item
How to make jalapeno potatoes:
Peel, slice and boil potatoes until tender. Drain. Melt oleo and saute bell pepper. Add pimento, salt and pepper. Add flour and blend until thickened. Add milk and cook until sauce begins to thicken. Add cheese and cook on low until melted. Place potatoes in a single layer in a large baking dish sprayed with Pam. Pour blended cheese sauce over potatoes and bake 45 minutes at 350° uncovered.
