Jalapeno potatoes

- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- medium red potatoes, scrubbed - 4 item
- jalapeno cheese roll - 1 (6
- jar diced pimiento, drained - 1 oz
How to make jalapeno potatoes:
Slice potatoes into 1/4-inch slices. Cook potatoes in boiling water about 20 minutes or until tender. Drain and cool slightly.Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk and cheese. Cook over medium heat, stirring until cheese melts and sauce is smooth.
Layer half of potatoes, green pepper and pimiento in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Pour cheese sauce over potatoes. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
