Jalapeno jelly
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- lemon juice - 1/2 c
- white vinegar - 1 c
- green peppers, chopped - 2 c
- jalapeno peppers, chopped - 1/2 c
How to make jalapeno jelly:
Put all ingredients except sugar in blender and chop fine. Put in heavy saucepan. Add sugar and boil 5 minutes. Add 1 bottle Certo and small amount of green food coloring. Boil 2 minutes and put in sterile jars.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Vegetables, Jellies.
