Ingredients/Components
- 1/2 cups sugar - 5 item
- cup finely chopped green peppers - 1 item
- cups Apple cider vinegar - 2 item
- cup finely chopped Jalapeno peppers - 1 item
- Certo Pectin - 6 oz
How to make jalapeno jelly:
Combine all ingredients except certo in a large pot and bring to a boil; boil for twenty minutes. Bring to a rolling boil and add certo, continue boiling for an additional five minutes.Use exact measurements. Use sterilized jars.
