Jalapeno jelly
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 5 c
- green food coloring - 1 item
- apple cider vinegar - 1 c
- bell pepper - 3/4 c
- jalapeno peppers - 1/4 c
- liquid pectin - 6 oz
How to make jalapeno jelly:
Chop the jalapeno peppers and dice the bell pepper. Add vinegar and sugar. Simmer 5 minutes. Add pectin and coloring. Pour into sterilized jars. Seal with wax.The amount of the peppers can be changed as long as you end up with 1 cup. You can use any color of pepper and food coloring.
