Italian spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- water - 3 c
- diced green pepper - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- bay leaf - 1 item
- ground beef - 2 lb
- oregano - 1 tsp
- cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
- cans tomato paste - 2 oz
- spaghetti - 16 oz
- garlic cloves - 2 item
- medium diced onion - 1 item
- can ripe pitted olives - 1 item
- envelopes Italian spaghetti sauce mix with mushrooms - 2 item
How to make italian spaghetti:
Cook and stir ground beef, onion and green pepper until meat is brown and onion is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients, except spaghetti and cheese. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours, stirring sauce occasionally. Cook spaghetti as directed on package. Serve meat sauce over hot spaghetti.
