Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- chicken broth - 6 c
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- parsley, minced - 3 Tbsp
- imported grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
How to make italian soup:
Bring chicken broth to a rapid boil. Beat the eggs with the cheese and parsley. Pour slowly into the boiling soup, stirring with a fork until egg mixture separates into little shreds. Remove from heat immediately to avoid toughening the eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately with additional grated cheese.
