Ingredients/Components
- red wine vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- Dijon mustard - 1 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- chopped black olives - 1/2 c
- olive oil - 3/4 c
- pinch of sugar - 1 item
- fresh lemon juice - 2 tsp
- chopped green olives - 1/2 c
- garbanzo beans - 1 c
- Mozzarella, diced
- fresh or dried basil - 1 Tbsp
- dry salami, chopped - 4 oz
- large head romaine lettuce, chopped - 1 item
- large plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped - 4 item
- bell pepper red, green or yellow, chopped - 1 item
How to make italian chopped salad:
