Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1 tsp
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- dash of garlic salt - 1 item
- pinch of ginger - 1 item
- dash of onion salt - 1 item
- pinch of nutmeg - 1 item
- blanched whole almonds - 1/2 c
How to make spiced almonds:
Toast almonds in butter over low heat. Sprinkle with salts, ginger, nutmeg and soy sauce. Shake pan to distribute spices. Cook and stir until nuts are dry. Makes 1/2 cup nuts.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Fruit.
