  • can beer - 1 item
  • beef roast - 3 5
  • garlic bud - 1 item

How to make italian beef:

Put all ingredients in large pan; cover with water. Boil 3 to 4 hours or until tender. Let stand in broth in refrigerator overnight. Slice meat; return to broth and heat. Serve with pepperoncini peppers.
