- water - 2 3
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- oregano - 1 tsp
- hot pepper sauce - 1 item
- marjoram - 1 tsp
- thyme - 1 tsp
- beef bouillon - 2 3
- beef roast - 3 5
- some garlic powder - 1 item
How to make italian beef:
Roast meat, uncovered, at 350° until internal reading is 150°, about 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Cool and slice. Add water to pan drippings. Stir in seasonings. Add green pepper; simmer 15 minutes (do not allow to boil). Put sliced beef into marinade and refrigerate overnight. Reheat to serve. Can be frozen.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Beef.
