  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • hot pepper sauce - 1 item
  • marjoram - 1 tsp
  • thyme - 1 tsp
  • beef bouillon - 2 3
  • beef roast - 3 5
  • some garlic powder - 1 item

How to make italian beef:

Roast meat, uncovered, at 350° until internal reading is 150°, about 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Cool and slice. Add water to pan drippings. Stir in seasonings. Add green pepper; simmer 15 minutes (do not allow to boil). Put sliced beef into marinade and refrigerate overnight. Reheat to serve. Can be frozen.
