- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- oregano - 1 tsp
- hot pepper sauce - 1 item
- marjoram - 1 tsp
- thyme - 1 tsp
- beef bouillon - 2 3
- roast - 3 5
How to make italian pot roast:
Roast meat, uncovered, at 350° until internal reading is 150°, about 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Cool and slice. Add water to pan drippings. Stir in seasonings and green pepper. Simmer 15 minutes (do not boil). Put sliced beef into marinade and refrigerate overnight. Reheat to serve.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
