Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- cloves garlic, crushed - 2 item
- whole chicken breasts, split - 2 item
- commercial Italian salad dressing - 1/2 c
How to make italian baked chicken:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat until butter melts. Place chicken in an 8 x 12 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour sauce over chicken.
