  • eggs - 3 item
  • light cream - 1/2 pt
  • chocolate syrup - 3 Tbsp
  • can condensed milk - 1 item
  • rye whiskey - 1 c

How to make irish cream liqueur:

In blender, put condensed milk, light cream, chocolate syrup and whiskey. Blend 40 seconds, then add eggs (beaten well). Blend 20 more seconds. Refrigerate. Shake well before serving. Keeps in refrigerator 4 months.
