Broccoli souffle
Ingredients/Components
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- dot of butter - 1 item
- frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and thoroughly drained - 2 pkg
How to make broccoli souffle:
Mix all ingredients, except broccoli. Add broccoli that has been fully drained. Pour into an ovenproof casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Dot with butter. Cover. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Side dish, Vegetables.
