Individual cheesecakes

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• pkg - 2 oz
• can pie filling any flavor - 1 item
• Nilla wafers - 12 oz

How to make individual cheesecakes:

Mix cheese, vanilla and sugar until blended. Add eggs. Beat well. Place wafers in cupcake papers in muffin tin; spoon cheese mixture over wafers. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes. Cool and spoon favorite pie filling on top.
