  • eggs - 4 item
  • milk - 2 c
  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • 3 oz - 1 pkg
  • sliced green onion - 1/4 c
  • 6 oz - 1 pkg
  • dash of nutmeg - 1 item
  • Bisquick baking mix - 1 c
  • chopped pimentos optional - 1 jar
  • shredded sharp American cheese - 1 c

How to make impossible seafood pie:

Heat oven to 400°. Grease pie plate (10 x 1 1/2-inch). Mix crab, cheese, onions and pimento in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth (15 seconds in blender or 1 minute by hand). Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted between center and edges comes out clean, approximately 35 to 40 minutes.
