Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 4 item
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 2 c
  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • sliced green onions - 1/4 c
  • dash of nutmeg - 1 item
  • Bisquick baking mix - 1 c
  • shredded sharp American cheese - 1 c
  • jar pimiento, drained - 1 oz
  • cream cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes - 3 oz

How to make seafood pie:

Heat oven to 400°. Grease 10-inch pie plate. Mix crabmeat, cheeses, onions and pimiento in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Cool
