Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • Bisquick - 3/4 c
  • chopped green onions - 1/4 c
  • Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • uncooked, peeled shrimp - 3/4 c
  • cream cheese, cubed small - 3 oz

How to make impossible seafood pie:

Place shrimp, green onions, Cheddar cheese and cream cheese in a greased 10-inch pie pan. In a mixing bowl add Bisquick, milk and eggs. Beat together with a mixer and pour on top of shrimp mixture. Bake for 30 minutes on 400°, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
