  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • chopped onion
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • milk
  • eggs - 3 item
  • Bisquick - 3/4 c
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c

How to make impossible cheeseburger pie:

Heat oven to 400°. Grease pie plate. Cook and stir hamburg and onion over medium heat. Drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in a pie plate. Beat milk, eggs and baking mix until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Top with cheese. Bake 25 minutes.
