Iced cucumber soup
Ingredients/Components
- water - 14 oz
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- garlic salt - 1 item
- white pepper - 1 item
- heavy whipping cream - 1 c
- large onion, roughly chopped - 1 item
- to 4 cucumbers - 2 item
- fresh dill or 1 1/2 Tbsp - 3 Tbsp
- cans chicken broth 4 c - 2 3/4
How to make iced cucumber soup:
Peel, seed and cut cucumbers in pieces. Saute onion in margarine until glossy. Add dill, salt, pepper, cucumbers, soup and water. Bring to a boil; simmer uncovered 15 minutes.
