Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla ice cream - 1/2 gal
- coconut - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- Rice Krispies
- pecan bits - 1 c
How to make ice cream dessert:
Combine and toast first 5 ingredients in 300° oven for 1/2 hour. Stir often and watch closely. Allow to cool. In a 9 x 13-inch pan, put half of Rice Krispies mixture on bottom; spread ice cream on top. Cover with remaining mixture.
