- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- coconut - 1/2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- powdered sugar
- pecans - 1/2 c
- can fruit cocktail - 1 item
How to make fruit cocktail cake:
Mix eggs, powdered sugar, brown sugar, cocktail, soda, vanilla and flour. Beat; pour into pan. Top with pecans, coconut and brown sugar. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.Mix together 1 stick butter, 3/4 cup sugar and 1/2 cup evaporated milk; boil 2 minutes. Pour over cake.
