Ingredients/Components
- milk
- Ritz crackers, crushed - 60 item
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- instant coconut pudding - 2 pkg
- butter brickle ice cream - 1 qt
How to make ice cream dessert:
Stir softened ice cream into pudding which has been mixed with the milk. Put on the crust made from the crackers and margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Put 9 ounces Cool Whip on top. Store in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Desserts, Frozen desserts, Kid Friendly.
