- milk - 1/3 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 1 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- margarine, melted - 4 Tbsp
- yellow cornmeal - 1 c
- vegetable cooking spray - 1 item
How to make sour cream cornbread:
Preheat oven to 400°. In large bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a medium bowl, beat together the egg, milk and margarine.
