- vanilla ice cream - 1 item
- blueberries - 1 item
- strawberries - 1 item
- mandarin oranges - 1 item
- angel food cake - 1 item
- dry orange jello - 1 item
- dry lime jello - 1 item
- dry strawberry jello small box - 1 item
How to make ice cream cake:
Bake an angel food cake. Use tube pan. Do not grease or flour pan. Take 3 bowls. When cake is done and cool, tear in small pieces and place in the three bowls evenly.Bowl 1: Sprinkle dry strawberry jello over first bowl of cake.
Bowl 2: Sprinkle dry lime jello over second bowl of cake.
Bowl 3: Sprinkle dry orange jello over third bowl of cake.
Toss each bowl up and down to coat cake. Use tube pan and place first cake with strawberry jello in pan. Add strawberries over top, then vanilla ice cream. Use second bowl with lime jello and layer with blueberries, then ice cream. Then use third cake mixed with orange jello. Add mandarin oranges, then ice cream. Place in freezer. Remove a few minutes before slicing.
Note: A tube pan that center comes out works fine.
