Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- water - 2 Tbsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1/3 c
- graham cracker crust - 1 item
- Beat until fluffy
- Blueberry Sauce - 1 item
How to make blueberry cheesecake:
Let cream cheese soften. Beat until fluffy. Gradually add condensed milk while continuing to beat until well blended. Add lemon juice and vanilla. Blend well. Pour in crust. Chill an hour or two before adding the top.Blueberry Sauce (Top):2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries1/3 c. sugar pinch of salt1 Tbsp. cornstarch2 Tbsp. lemon juice2 Tbsp. water Rinse berries. Mix together dry ingredients in a saucepan; add liquid. Stir until smooth. Add blueberries. Bring to boil and cook 2 minutes or until clear and thickened. Cool.
