Ingredients/Components
- semi-sweet chocolate - 4 sq
- evaporated milk - 2/3 c
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- Oreo cookies, crushed fine - 20 item
- ice cream, soft your choice - 1/2 gal
How to make ice cream cake:
Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter. Press into a 9 x 12-inch cookie pan. Spread soft ice cream on top of cookies. Freeze until firm.In a medium pan, combine remaining ingredients and cook until thick. Cool. Then spread over frozen ice cream. Freeze. Excellent.
