Hungarian goulash
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- water
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 2
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- large onions - 2 item
- caraway seed optional - 1 tsp
- ground marjoram - 1/2 tsp
- boneless beef, cubed - 2 lb
- undrained tomatoes 1 lb - 2 c
How to make hungarian goulash:
Coat beef with flour. Brown beef and onions in hot oil. Add green pepper, garlic, paprika, salt, seasonings, tomatoes and water. Simmer, uncovered, for 2 hours until meat is tender. Combine 3 tablespoons flour with 1/2 cup water. Blend into meat mixture. Bring to a boil. Serve over noodles or potatoes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Low Carb, Low in....
