Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1/3 c
- olive oil - 1/2 c
- cloves garlic, finely chopped - 3 item
- sesame tahini - 1/2 tsp
- can chickpeas garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed - 1 item
How to make hummus:
Put all ingredients into food processor or blender. Blend or process well, until a paste is formed; if mixture is too thick, add water until desired consistency is achieved.Chill several hours. Serve with pita chips, crackers or vegetable crudite.
