- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- water - 2 c
- vinegar - 2 c
- cloves - 1 tsp
- allspice - 1 tsp
- beets - 1 item
- thinly sliced lemon - 1 item
How to make pickled beets:
Syrup:2 c. sugar2 c. water2 c. vinegar1 tsp. cloves1 tsp. allspice1 Tbsp. cinnamon1 thinly sliced lemon Clean and pack cucumbers in jars. Add dill and garlic. Heat water and vinegar. Bring to a boil and pour over cucumbers. Seal.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Condiments, etc., Salads.
