Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt
- flour - 1 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- garlic salt - 1 item
- soy sauce - 1 tsp
- catsup - 3/4 c
- pineapple juice
- sugar brown - 3/4 c
How to make chinese chicken wings:
Sauce:1/4 c. pineapple juice1/2 c. vinegar3/4 c. sugar (brown)1 1/2 tsp. salt3/4 c. catsup1 tsp. soy sauce Cut tips off chicken wings; divide in 2 parts. Sprinkle wings with garlic salt and let stand. Dip wings in eggs and flour. Brown in oil. Put in baking pan. Heat sauce and pour over wings. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. They are very good!I can remember every family reunion and get-together, Mom would make a batch of them. I don't think she ever had to bring any home!
