- Add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened

How to make hummingbird cake:
Combine the flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened. (Do not beat with mixer.) Stir in vanilla, pineapple, 1 cup pecans and bananas. Spoon batter in greased and floured 2 (9-inch) pans at 350° for 28 to 30 minutes.Cream Cheese Frosting:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1/2 c. butter1 (16 oz.) powdered sugar, sifted1 tsp. vanilla Beat until fluffy.
