- 9-inch baked pie shell
- sour cream
- white sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- box raisins - 1 item
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- cloves - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- cream cheese, softened - 3 4
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 1 to
- extra Cool Whip for topping - 1 item
- pecans - 1 item
How to make sour cream raisin pie:
Cook the first 7 ingredients over double boiler until thick. Chill. Mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Put this mixture in bottom of the pie shell. Place raisin mixture on top. Top with Cool Whip and chopped pecans.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
