Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 4 tsp
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • butter - 2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • garlic salt - 1 tsp
  • lemon rind - 1 tsp
  • cream cheese, softened - 16 oz
  • pecans, chopped - 1 c
  • dashes Tabasco - 2 item
  • dried beef or 1 lb - 5 oz

How to make hot virginia dip:

Saute pecans with butter. Set aside. Mix all remaining ingredients. Place in 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Top with pecans. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Serve hot. (I use crabmeat without the pecans.)
