Hot seafood salad
Ingredients/Components
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- sliced celery - 1 c
- cooked shrimp - 3/4 lb
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- crabmeat, fresh or canned - 1/2 lb
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
How to make hot seafood salad:
Combine all ingredients except the butter and bread crumbs. Place in a greased 1/2-quart casserole dish. Blend butter with bread crumbs and sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Seafood, Casseroles.
